On May 12th, the company union organized around 60 personnel, including management and central technicians, to visit the globally recognized Yangshi Ecological Park. This event, themed "Building a First-Class Team and Jointly Creating a First-Class Enterprise," aimed to promote high-standard development at Surley, stimulate employee vitality, improve comprehensive employee quality, and further enhance team cohesion. General Manager Guo Jie attended and participated in the activities.
The event was thoughtfully divided into six parts:
1.Collective Mobilization: General Manager Guo Jie delivered an enthusiastic speech emphasizing the concept of "one family, one heart, one goal, one purpose.” He encouraged everyone to use this opportunity for mutual learning, communication, and to create a highly efficient collaborative atmosphere. Guo highlighted the importance of win-win cooperation and alignment, akin to the synergy seen in the company's overall painting equipment. He urged everyone to cherish this outdoor activity, participate wholeheartedly, and have a memorable day.
2.Creative Team Building: The coach mixed all participants and formed six small groups, each with a unique team name and slogan.
3. Team Competitions: This segment included three activities
—Cai Yuan Gun Gun, Dry Land Dragon Boat, and Giant Footsteps.
- Cai Yuan Gun Gun required synchronized team communication, enhancing mutual trust and support.
- Dry Land Dragon Boat involved shouting uniform slogans to encourage synchronized movement.
- Giant Footsteps focused on coordinated and consistent pacing to enhance friendship and cooperation.
4.Visiting and Experiencing: Team members explored simulated military equipment, including gun shooting and experiencing armored vehicles and tanks, providing practical military defense education.
5.Food Preparations: After a half-day of activities, lunchtime arrived. Employees engaged in a barbecue, using the rich ingredients and drinks prepared for the event. Groups of ten grilled and ate together, with the delicious barbecue gradually replacing the morning’s fatigue. During the lunch break, employees enjoyed entertainment activities, shared work and life stories, and relaxed. In the afternoon, they also experienced handcrafted cuisine, making Shiguang Bean Dried Fragrance by hand and savoring their labors with immense satisfaction and joy.
6. Red Inheritance: Under the coach’s guidance and explanations, all employees revisited the history of the Long March, drawing inspiration from the power of faith, thought, and struggle. Guided by the bright red flag, they retraced the footsteps of the Red Army, encouraging each other and ensuring no one was left behind. This journey honed their awareness of perseverance and teamwork. The event concluded with everyone successfully reaching the key point, reinforcing the importance of remembering their mission and striving together for a brilliant future.
At the end of the activity, all personnel gathered at Yangshi Food Park to discuss their experiences, development, and shared camaraderie. This gathering strengthened team unity, stimulated employee vitality, enhanced forward momentum, and boosted the enterprise’s charm.
