The project was initiated in Vietnam in 2025. Despite complex site conditions and high technical requirements, the company deployed an experienced engineering team to support the project throughout its execution.
Comprehensive on-site technical guidance was provided during installation, commissioning, and process integration, ensuring full control of critical milestones and reliable system implementation. The project demonstrates the company's capability and resilience in consistently delivering high-standard coating solutions under challenging conditions.
The coating line was designed for high-capacity production with a stable cycle time, enabling continuous 24-hour operation with reliable output. The overall process flow is well-integrated and efficiently balanced, ensuring consistent coating quality while achieving high-efficiency mass production. This also establishes a solid foundation for future capacity expansion of the coating system.
